I have a very happy Canon user in recent years, but my trusty Canon recognition memory stopped the day before Christmas Eve and could not afford a new Canon was. This camera has good macro and focus settings, and flash settings, detection and face all kinds of things i would expect in higher end cameras, Including Digital Image Stabilization That works well most of the time. This little camera workseven in low light and takes decent movies.

I am with the super high-lithium batteries and have them in the camera for more than six months. So for those who have complained about him eats batteries when you use really good, you should have no problems.

Kodak Easyshare C703 7.1mp 3x Optical Zoom Digital Camera Review

I only had this camera for a day, but I can tell already that it is a good camera. I have this and the dock for the same price as the Kodak Easyshare C743. It takes pictures very good and is easy to use. I have a small problem with the software to transfer images to computers, in particular with the selection and had transmission function. It will not let me transfer you to choose any image, so I choose the "Transfer All" function. It works the same way and nottransfer of what has already been transferred from the camera. Another thing, I'm not really crazy is that the video format mpeg-4/Quicktime hardest thing for me to compress video to a smaller size so you can send to relatives / friends are doing. Overall, however, feel that this is a good camera for amateur photographers with the problem of software and videos for my only complaints.

The Canon PowerShot SD 780IS is my last and fourth Digital ELPH acquisition. This very well could be the last for this branch of the Canon (with 12 + megapixels) with a real image optical zoom viewfinder come. I hope I am wrong on this assumption.

Prove me wrong on three points if you make photo quality management without the camera viewfinder:

1) A compact digital camera (including the new Canon-brand), which allows the photographer to obtaina good view of the object in front of the LCD screen, with the sun on your back.

2) Each compact digital camera (including the new Canon markers), the photographer can quickly be integrated or panning shots look through the LCD screen away from your eyes.

3) battery life with a digital camera's LCD screen.

There is no point in complaining because the stupidity and suppression, with an optical zoom viewfinder for Digital IXUSSeries or similar cameras for that matter. Best Buy does not even take these models Digital IXUS. All PowerShot cameras or wearing only LCD screens.

compact digital cameras with viewfinder are a kind of escape. If you have a digital camera with viewfinder, or never less than a 10 megapixel Canon PowerShot Digital IXUS, get the SD780IS camera. It is worth it.
